Throughout the maintenance window Seamless Dashboard and Seamless Link services will be unreachable. New app sign-ins will also be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
All locks will continue to work with their existing configuration and credentials as expected thanks to our offline-first protocol. Bluetooth unlocks, however, will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
We expect downtime to last approximately 2 hours. An update will be sent when maintenance is complete.
